Job Summary: Provide occupational and complementary health services, ensuring the execution of the health team's activities and compliance with technical and legal requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Occupational and complementary health services with focus on technical standards and legislation. 2. Support to the health team and management of clients' health information. 3. Participation in health promotion projects and contractual audits. * Provide occupational and complementary health services at SESI Alagoas operational units and for its clients, in accordance with technical and legal standards, as well as internal SESI Alagoas procedures, ensuring full execution of activities by the health team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform low-complexity health examinations, observing technical, legal, and internal procedural requirements; * Conduct pre-consultations and assessments of workers served under occupational health; * Support the health team, including physicians, psychologists, speech therapists, and other specialties; * Archive medical records and all client health information according to operational procedures; * Identify and request necessary resources and supplies for nursing and medical services, requesting equipment maintenance from relevant departments whenever required; * Execute procedures according to standard operating documents to ensure service quality; * Participate in institutional projects, lectures, courses, committees, and events when requested, per internal policy; * Use materials and equipment appropriately, ensuring correct usage and disposal of materials per NR 32; * Request materials and supplies to maintain minimum conditions required for quality service delivery, complying with operational procedures; * Implement health promotion strategies for specific situations and groups, and conduct monthly health campaigns according to the health calendar; * Participate in safety drills; * Participate in contractual audits of companies to ensure documentation complies with contract prerequisites; * Prepare monthly occupational health reports; * Analyze occupational health documentation of outsourced companies and monitor risks to which employees are exposed; * Analyze cases, respond to emails, prepare reports, and provide information regarding services rendered to managers, as appropriate; * Monitor implementation and development of the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School * Technical Course in Occupational Nursing * Registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council) * Experience in the field * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * First Aid Certification * Clinical experience (performing examinations) **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * 40-hour workweek (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) * Position located at SESI Tabuleiro Unit * Selection process stages: Screening, Specific Test, and Interview.
