A professional responsible for maintaining equipment in optimal condition, performing maintenance tasks, supervising third-party contractors, testing safety devices, and ensuring visual upkeep.

Maintain equipment in perfect working condition through technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervision of third-party contractors when issues fall outside our scope, frequent testing and inspection of safety devices, visual appearance preservation, location lighting, and implementation — all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform operational PC servicing to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; supervise vendors for technical repairs; configure software; keep point-of-service visual communication updated.
* Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request spare parts from Logistics using the ETA system tools and logistics carriers.
* Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, contractors, or maintenance companies) to perform repairs on faults.
* Continuously monitor equipment safety devices, checking for signs of tampering or attempted fraud. For this purpose, apply technical knowledge of system operation and use a test template, performing maintenance as required.
* Ensure proper signage and lighting at locations, including visual aspects such as paint, stickers, dirt, etc., using cleaning materials and replacement parts, and engaging contractors when tasks exceed assigned responsibilities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
* Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software);
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B) is mandatory;
* Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating 5x2 schedule).
