We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Senior Intern. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed** -------------------------------------- * Support the collection and recording of occupational safety data related to employees, third-party contractors, and the general public, contributing to monitoring of departmental indicators. * Support the consolidation and analysis of accident statistics, including tracking reactive safety indicators such as Frequency Rate (FR) and Severity Rate (SR). * Support the organization and execution of campaigns, lectures, and educational initiatives aimed at disseminating occupational safety and hygiene standards and practices, as well as raising employee awareness of occupational hazards, unhealthy, dangerous, or arduous activities. * Support the distribution and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and collaborate in identifying and inspecting fire protection equipment, contributing to reducing risks to workers’ safety and physical integrity. * Provide support in organizing and conducting the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), assisting in mobilization, planning, and execution of activities. * Monitor the development and implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR), supporting the tracking of planned actions. * Assist the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) in fulfilling its routine tasks, activities, and legal obligations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Incomplete undergraduate studies. **Required Field of Study:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Courses and Specializations:** Participation in courses or training related to occupational safety, indicator management, or data analysis is desirable. **Courses:** Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools are desirable. **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint for report writing and presentations; * Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and dashboard development; * Basic understanding of indicator analysis and monitoring; * Ability to organize and consolidate managerial information and reports. **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining the Equatorial Group, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
