Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing reports, budgets, mediation, and resolution of technical issues in construction projects and engineering services. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing construction budgets and schedules 2. Analysis of construction pathologies and on-site technical support 3. Interpretation and adjustments of engineering designs **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of photographic technical reports; Preparation of construction and service budgets; On-site technical support for resolving technical issues; Investigation and analysis of construction pathologies; Mediation between client and service providers; Preparation of construction and service schedules; Conducting building and construction inspections; Requesting, quoting, and purchasing materials; Reading, interpreting, and making occasional adjustments to engineering designs. **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: R$ 523.90/month Breakfast Allowance: R$ 97.31/month Basic Food Basket: R$ 121.23/month Transportation Allowance: R$ 247.80/month **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or holding a technical qualification in Building Construction. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
