Join our team! **JOB DESCRIPTION** We're looking for people who love meeting others, who truly listen, want to understand others, love challenges, and enjoy the journey—even if there are some obstacles along the way. ***Want to join us on this sales and customer service journey?*** **Responsibilities and duties** * **Provide kind customer service;** * **Ensure efficiency:** * By providing online service through digital channels; * Performing cash register opening and closing; * Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods; * Finalizing sales; * Supporting the manager in monitoring sales indicators; * Acting as the store's administrative responsible, performing the following activities: managing supply requests, managing payables, ensuring store processes and equipment are fully operational; * Providing support to management in various tasks. * **Collaborate with management to ensure the physical store experience, keeping it attractive and organized, always delighting customers;** **Requirements and qualifications** * Feel comfortable being yourself; * Respect everyone as they are; * Be dynamic, flexible, quick to adapt, and organized; * Have strategic vision to deliver results and solve problems; * Understand that daily life is challenging not only because it involves many tasks, but because you're there helping fulfill dreams and improve customers' self-esteem; * Strong communication skills (verbal and active listening) greatly facilitate good interpersonal relationships; * Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of Office suite and proficiency with technological tools; * Previous experience in the role and with LINX system is desirable; * Flexible working hours **Additional information** Our story began 27 years ago at a small booth in Babilônia Feira Hype, where two friends, Kátia Barros and Marcelo Bastos, shared their creations and spread positive energy.
