Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead and supervise the restaurant’s waitstaff and waiter assistants. Train and develop the team; Organize work schedules and ensure service standards are followed. Supervise customer flow and assign tables to waiters and waiter assistants. Ensure tables are cleaned and prepared for new customers, reservations are properly managed, and customer needs are met in accordance with restaurant policies. Supervise the order-taking process and ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly. Conduct restaurant supply inventory, maintain sales records, and coordinate facility maintenance and cleaning. Submit material requisitions via the system and coordinate receipt and organization.
