Job Summary: A professional responsible for first-level maintenance, excavation, material handling, concrete preparation, and assistance in various civil construction tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various civil construction tasks Perform first-level maintenance by cleaning machines and tools; Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mix and other materials; Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using wheelbarrows and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials; Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar to enable foundation work, installation of water pipes or electrical conduits, or similar construction activities; Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar; Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions; Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either collaboratively or independently, to successfully complete assigned tasks; Maintain cleanliness and order at work sites; Perform other tasks of similar nature and difficulty level. **Requirements:** Incomplete Elementary Education; It is essential that the candidate resides in the city or surrounding region due to the requirement of 100% on-site work and daily attendance; Relevant experience in the requested qualifications and in the Civil Construction sector is mandatory.
