Collaboration with the kitchen and service teams A churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) in Maceió (Tabuleiro do Martins) is seeking a Grill Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist grill masters in meat preparation and organization. Help restock meats at the buffet or rotating table service. Organize plates, cutlery, and utensils. Restock side dishes such as salads, rice, farofa, and sauces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and support areas. Assist in removing soiled plates from the dining area. Support the kitchen and service teams with routine daily tasks. Previous experience as Restaurant Server, Kitchen Assistant, Waiter, or Restaurant Receptionist may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
