We are looking for a Senior Generalist HR Analyst with a focus on Recruitment and Selection to act as a local Human Resources partner, with special responsibility in Recruitment and Selection, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of the best talents to support business growth. Additionally, support generalist HR demands, serving as a point of contact for leaders and employees on topics related to culture, engagement, development, and people policies, strengthening connections with the local talent ecosystem.
