Responsibilities * Develop and implement organizational culture strategies * Manage recruitment and selection processes * Design and deliver training and development programs * Conduct performance management and employee evaluations * Promote internal communication and employee engagement Requirements * Prior experience in the Human Resources field * Knowledge of people management and organizational culture * Leadership and communication skills * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in People Management is desirable
