




Job Summary: Manage logistical, administrative, HR, financial, asset, commercial, and metric-related activities of the branch, with reporting to the Executive Board. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of all branch operations 2. Leadership and development of the branch HR team 3. Monitoring and analysis of metrics for action plans DESCRIPTION: BRANCH MANAGER Manage all logistical activities. Administer all branch documentation. Manage all information from the company's system. Lead the branch HR department (hiring, disciplinary actions, documentation, working hours, time tracking, uniforms, ID badges, motivation, training, and terminations). Manage branch cash control. Manage physical maintenance of branch assets (vehicles, buildings, and equipment). Manage branch commercial activities. Visit base customers. Close accounts together with the key account sales team. Contact customers for commercial information and resolution of dissatisfaction. Manage branch metrics by analyzing root causes and implementing action plans when indicators fall below established targets. Submit monthly activity reports with achieved results to the Executive Board.
