Monitor balances, credit limits, deposits, and payments related to the reception department. Manage room allocation and inventory aiming at balancing occupancy. Monitor department operations by ensuring compliance with procedures, service scripts, and standards adopted by the hotel. Plan, execute, and document technical and behavioral training for the team.
