




**Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Commercial Hunter to directly prospect new B2B clients—both through internal channels (phone, e-mail, social selling, inbound) and external channels (in-person visits, networking, events, active field prospecting). Responsibilities Conduct active prospecting of new B2B clients using various channels (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, LinkedIn, visits, and events). Identify business opportunities. Approach potential clients, understand their needs, and present the company’s solutions. Record activities and track prospecting metrics in the CRM. Achieve prospecting targets—including number of contacts, scheduled meetings, visits, and generated opportunities. Required Qualifications Prior experience in hunter sales, SDR, Business Development, or active B2B prospecting. Proven ability to engage directly with clients (calls, meetings, presentations). Familiarity with CRM platforms (Ploomes, HubSpot, PipeDrive, RD Station, Salesforce, or similar). Knowledge of outreach, qualification, and consultative selling methodologies (SPIN, GPCT, BANT, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
