




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full management of HR, financial operations, inventory, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and management of third-party service contracts Responsible for leading all HR processes at the unit, including hiring, working hour management, shift scheduling, team coordination, and implementation of disciplinary measures. Supervises cash operations to ensure organizational integrity and daily financial control. Ensures compliance with internal regulations, organizational policies, and administrative workflows, as well as operational process efficiency. Responsible for inventory management, replenishment, third-party service contracts, and facility maintenance. Additionally, supports daily operations in customer service and store opening, ensuring full operational functionality. We seek a professional with proven experience in large-scale operations, expertise in performance indicators, inventory management, and shift administration.
