Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and assignments** **What are we looking for?** A proactive professional focused on continuous improvement to join our Infrastructure team. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Monitoring the infrastructure environment * Supporting the Service Desk when required * Overseeing vendors at the Datacenter **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of ITIL * Knowledge of Zabbix **Nice-to-have skills:** * Knowledge of server and networking infrastructure environments * Experience in NOC and Service Desk **Work schedule:** * 12x36h shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **NOTE:** Hey!
