Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanic to install, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and repair air conditioning and climate control systems, with activities primarily conducted on-site. Join our team! **Technical Area Responsibilities – Site Maintenance** We seek a mechanic experienced in air conditioning and climate control systems to carry out installations, preventive/corrective maintenance, and repairs—including compressor replacement, refrigerant charging, vacuuming, and electrical/mechanical diagnostics. **Detailed Activity Description:** * **Installation and Assembly:** Assemble, install, and commission air conditioning equipment and ventilation/exhaust systems. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Clean filters, coils, and turbines; inspect drains; measure voltage/current; and re-tighten electrical connections. * **Corrective Maintenance:** Diagnose failures; replace components (compressors, motors, fans, sensors, electronic boards); and conduct performance tests. * **Refrigeration Systems:** Perform brazing (soldering) on copper piping; apply vacuum using vacuum pumps and vacuum gauges; and charge/recover refrigerant fluid. * **Automation and Control:** Adjust control parameters; monitor superheat/subcooling; and interconnect electrical components. Activities are conducted primarily on-site—not in conventional buildings. Services are performed at external sites composed of containers or equipment shelters installed outdoors, located within fenced or wire-enclosed areas, with or without telecommunications towers. The company operates over 250 sites distributed throughout the state of Alagoas, serviced both preventively and reactively, according to scheduled plans or 24/7 emergency demand. The professional works during standard business hours, participates in on-call duty schedules, and travels between sites driving the company vehicle.
