Job Summary: Alvorada's Collections Analyst conducts strategic and human-centered credit recovery, manages the delinquent portfolio, negotiates with clients, and monitors agreements. Collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams for alignment and solutions Alvorada's Collections Analyst is responsible for managing the entire credit recovery process in a strategic, human-centered, and results-oriented manner. This role directly handles the delinquent portfolio, including contacting clients, negotiating terms, monitoring agreements, and updating systems. This professional assesses debtor profiles, identifies optimal contact strategies, proposes negotiation terms, and builds relationships that preserve the company's financial health without compromising commercial relationships. They collaborate closely with Commercial and Finance teams to align information, propose solutions, and prevent recurring delays. Additionally, they prepare performance reports, monitor key metrics (PDD, ageing, recovery), and contribute to continuous improvements in collection workflows. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive outreach to negotiate outstanding debts. * Draft agreements and monitor payments. * Update systems with interaction history and status. * Monitor the portfolio and generate delinquency reports. * Support initiatives aimed at preventing delinquency and improving the collections process.
