Responsibilities and duties * Lead industrial and IT system implementation projects from conception to final delivery. * Work on IT infrastructure, processes, and integration of new technologies projects. * Manage technical teams, monitor performance indicators, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. * Plan and track project schedules, ensuring milestone and deliverable compliance. * Risk management, identifying and implementing preventive and corrective measures. * Allocate and coordinate human, material, and financial resources for projects. * Prepare progress reports and present results to stakeholders. * Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams, promoting cooperation and goal alignment. * Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and partners to achieve optimal project outcomes. * Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous process improvements.
