




IT Supervisor Maceió \- AL Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the technical support and maintenance team. * Ensure the quality and efficiency of services delivered. * Support organizational decision-making by identifying user support solutions. * Provide tactical and operational information, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Serve as the focal point for in-person service delivery, ensuring service quality. * Schedule and manage service requests, adhering to targets and deadlines established in the Results Measurement Instrument (RMI). * Allocate labor resources, prioritizing urgent requests and priority users. * Manage the withdrawal and return of equipment required for service delivery. * Participate in monthly contract monitoring meetings to review performance reports, assess service quality, and identify improvement opportunities. Profile / Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support; * Proven experience in service and Service Desk team management; * Experience with ITSM tools; * ITIL certification or equivalent.
