Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing the movement, storage, and integrity of cargo and products, ensuring logistical efficiency and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route and cargo loading control 2. Temperature and cargo integrity verification 3. Inventory and stock management **1\.**Assigns routes and delivery notes during loading according to manifests; **2\.**Monitors and verifies refrigerated trailer temperatures prior to cargo loading; **3\.**Checks products to be loaded onto trucks, ensuring cargo integrity; **4\.**Controls cargo loading and unloading operations; **5\.**Manages merchandise returns by completing the daily form and delivering it to billing; **6\.**Controls incoming inventory (quantity, batch, and storage location); **7\.**Conducts weekly inventory counts according to coordination-defined requirements; **8\.**Implements and monitors the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) process; **9\.**Controls and records production goods entering storage, including chamber storage (counting, batch, and date)
