Job Summary: Manage the sales team, develop strategies to achieve targets, monitor performance, control inventory and product mix, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end sales and inventory management Main Job Responsibilities: * Structure and manage the team, including work schedules; timekeeping; vacation scheduling; sales results; and performance; * Develop sales strategies to achieve store KPIs; * Monitor and present daily results to the team, such as: daily revenue, PA (pieces per customer); average transaction value, average sales, and conversion rate; * Control packaging and merchandise inventory (complete forms); * Monitor and/or perform cash register opening and closing; * Conduct team meetings to review sales performance and management; * Participate in team recruitment processes; * Apply commercial legislation and internal policies regarding product exchanges and refunds; * Support the team in resolving customer complaints; * Manage teamwork and resolve any conflicts that arise; * Recommend the store’s merchandise order list to Management based on customer demand; * Manage product mix to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Monitor product exchanges, evaluating and applying internal policies; * Store cash closing documents in cloud drives; * Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, guiding, and providing feedback to the team; * Conduct employee performance evaluations to identify training needs and build career paths. \- Monitor daily communications/announcements on the \- retailer portal website. Job Challenges: * Achieve store KPIs and objectives; * Manage the team effectively, keeping them engaged while ensuring compliance with current rules and policies; * Understand products and their specifications to guide the team; * Train the team on existing rules, policies, procedures, and product sales; * Develop business strategies to increase customer volume, expand in-store traffic, and optimize profitability.
