If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Supervising sales teams and ensuring full coverage of the customer portfolio, guaranteeing adherence to commercial policies, aiming for flawless execution at points of sale (POS) and increased market share; * Implementing the company’s strategies and plans to ensure achievement of volume and coverage targets, as well as other execution KPIs; * Managing daily operations and ensuring excellence in the commercial team’s execution; * Developing the team by imparting organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required for task execution and employee development. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, minimum 4th semester; * Commercial experience; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; * Technical knowledge of the sales area; * Valid driver’s license, Category "B". #### **It’s a Plus If You:** * Have completed your undergraduate degree; * Have experience managing people; * Have technical knowledge of the retail sector. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
