Sales staff training and customer prospecting Sales Supervisor Main Responsibilities: \- Lead and supervise the sales team, coordinate their activities, and ensure achievement of established targets.\- Monitor and analyze team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions for team development.\- Develop and monitor the sales plan, establishing strategies and guidelines for team operations.\- Conduct training and capacity-building for sales staff to enhance their technical and behavioral skills.\- Engage in customer prospecting and retention, manage client relationships, and negotiate commercial terms.\- Monitor and report performance indicators, analyze trends, and propose improvement actions.\- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure sales process efficiency. Required Qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.\- Experience in team management and sales management.\- Knowledge of negotiation techniques, team management, and sales strategies.\- Leadership skills, effective communication, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.\- Proficiency in performance management and tracking tools.\- Familiarity with sales processes and systems.
