




**Job Mission** Maximize commercial results through strategic category management, ensuring an appropriate product mix, efficient shelf exposure, performance analysis, continuous improvement, and alignment among Procurement, Supply, Pricing, and Operations departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze category performance (sell-in, sell-out, margin, stockouts, inventory turnover, and other indicators). * Monitor the ABC curve and SKU-level sales behavior. * Recommend adjustments to the product mix, including item additions and deletions, based on demand and profitability. * Track new product launches, product life cycles, and identify market opportunities. * Conduct competitiveness studies, trend analyses, and consumer behavior research. * Support the development of planograms, shelf exposure strategies, and store layouts. * Coordinate with Procurement, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations departments. * Prepare reports, analyses, and monitoring dashboards. * Support commercial negotiations, supplier terms, and trade promotion campaigns. * Identify opportunities related to margin, stockouts, excess inventory, and restocking. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Experience** * Experience in category management, commercial analysis, trade marketing, or related areas. * Experience in pharmaceutical retail or large-scale retail is preferred. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel; * Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools; * Knowledge of the ABC curve, commercial KPIs, and inventory turnover analysis; * Understanding of planograms and shelf exposure strategies; * Interpretation of financial and commercial indicators. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical thinking; * Ownership mindset; * Attention to detail; * Organization and systemic vision; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Data-driven decision making. **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience with OTC, fragrance, and related categories in pharmaceutical retail; * Knowledge of commercial management systems; * Experience in trade marketing or supply chain.
