Description: * Knowledge of Cyber tools management; * SIEM, EDR, VM, XDR, CART, ASM, and others; * General Infrastructure knowledge (Networks, Operating Systems, and Virtualization); * Market awareness; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or equivalent; * Proven experience in the Information Technology field implementing risk and identity management services, excluding internal development; Advantageous: * Postgraduate degree in Risk Management and Compliance or equivalent; * Proven experience implementing IRM and GRC solutions; * Certifications in the field; * Advanced English; * Technical lead for the PRODUCT’s MVP; * Represent to the team the product’s specificities, features, and alignment with the managed service model; * Bridge the gap between the product and business vision and the internal team; * Clarify any technical details regarding the solution or product; * Ensure transparent execution of the product’s MVP and deliver each phase according to scheduled milestones; * Track all responses promptly so the team can remain focused on their tasks; * Represent the MVP’s technical work to the internal team; * Align with the Product Owner and Product Managers on solution demonstrations as they evolve, and communicate the technical progress status of the MVP; * Coordinate and assume technical responsibility for the Product Architecture, reporting to the Product Owner and Product Managers, monitoring processes and their execution; * Cooperate and ensure internal team communication occurs effectively; * Promote Agile principles such as team autonomy and shared accountability, clear, transparent, and frequent communication, adaptability, collaboration, cooperation, continuous improvement, among others; * Ensure maintenance and evolution of the company’s culture and values, fostering unity and collaboration; * Ensure a positive work climate and environment for employees. 251222020249916749
