Join us!** We seek an **IT Manager** with a **hands-on** profile to lead the implementation and organization of the IT function, ensuring operational efficiency, system integration, and business-area support. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Structure and implement the IT department (processes, team, and governance) * Lead ERP and corporate systems implementation projects * Manage infrastructure, information security, and support * Manage IT vendors and contracts * Develop and lead internal teams * Ensure system and inter-departmental integration * Support the company's strategy with technological solutions **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in IT leadership roles * Experience in large-scale enterprises (construction industry preferred) * ERP implementation experience * General knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and security * Vendor management experience * Intermediate English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies undergoing expansion * Experience with decentralized operations (construction sites, units) * Knowledge of BI and digital transformation Work Model: PJ Contract On-site work with occasional travel to construction sites in other cities
