A construction company is seeking a Construction Manager professional in Maceió. Concreta S.A. is a company specialized in concrete solutions and civil construction. It offers products and services to meet the needs of the construction sector throughout Uruguay. **Responsibilities:** Plan and detail the execution schedule, defining weekly and monthly targets to ensure compliance with the final delivery date. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing both in-house personnel (site supervisors, masons, laborers) and third-party companies for installations and finishing works. Control the project budget, rigorously monitoring costs to prevent financial overruns and optimize resource utilization. Position located in Maceió / AL.
