Nova Tec LTDA is a technology and innovation company specializing in software solutions and consulting services for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Assist in organizing and archiving administrative documents. Enter invoices and receipts into the system. Support time and attendance tracking for employees. Assist with material procurement and receipt, and verify basic inventory levels. Handle suppliers and service providers to schedule deliveries and pickups. Record financial entries. Monitor and manage service contracts and supplier quotations. Update employee admission, termination, and payroll records jointly with the Personnel Department (DP). Manage and replenish office supplies, consumables, and tools used on-site. Supervise administrative processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prepare financial and operational reports for managerial analysis. Analyze contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy and legal validity. Propose improvements to document control, payment, and procurement processes. Coordinate Personnel Department routines on-site, including benefits administration and legal recordkeeping. Tasks relevant to the Construction Administrative Supervisor role. Position located in Maceió / AL.
