This role is essential for ensuring operational quality in bars and restaurants—particularly in beverage and cocktail service—delivering a distinctive experience for guests. We are looking for someone with a **completed high school education**, a minimum of **3 years of experience in F\&B or related roles**, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate teams in a dynamic environment. Organizational skills, proactivity, and availability to work rotating shifts and holidays—while consistently maintaining excellence in service—are also important. **What challenges will you face here?** The primary challenge will be supervising the daily operations of bars and restaurants, ensuring service quality, environmental organization, and operational efficiency—especially in the beverage area. This includes coordinating and developing the team, monitoring adherence to standards, and directly enhancing the guest experience.
