Job Objective: The professional in this role plays a fundamental part in supporting the store's operational activities, contributing to organization, cleanliness, and logistical support. The job involves assisting in maintaining the environment, general store and warehouse organization, as well as supporting loading and unloading of goods, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning and organization of the store, including internal, external, and circulation areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff. Keep the warehouse organized, ensuring proper product placement and preservation. Assist in unloading received goods, verifying quantities and supporting appropriate product storage. Support loading of goods for delivery, ensuring items are correctly sorted and organized. Participate in basic material entry and exit control, when required. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, contributing to compliance with safety standards. Support the team in operational demands of the store as directed by leadership. Qualifications: Willingness to perform operational tasks involving organization, cleaning, and goods handling. Ability to work in a team and commitment to established routines. Basic knowledge of inventory organization and good safety practices. Good communication skills and proactivity.
