Job Summary:
The Relationship Assistant performs daily branch activities, welcoming cooperative members, supporting customer service and product offerings, and contributing to service excellence.

**Position for Unicred Evolução’s Maceió branch.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Relationship Assistant, you are a key team member in daily branch operations: you welcome cooperative members, support in-person and remote service, guide members on channel usage, and ensure a smooth, effective, and welcoming experience.
Additionally, you collaborate with the commercial team to support product and service offerings and identify daily business opportunities—always acting ethically, actively listening, and focusing on what makes sense for each cooperative member.
You also provide administrative and operational support to the branch (including cash handling/treasury), ensuring seamless back-office functionality so that cooperative members perceive excellence in every detail.
**Responsibilities:**
* Welcome cooperative members at the branch and support initial service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival.
* Conduct in-person and/or remote service aligned with personalized positioning and the cooperative’s service standards.
* Guide and encourage cooperative members in using self-service and relationship channels.
* Support portfolio management to enhance cooperative member satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support marketing of financial products, services, and solutions, focused on the cooperative’s strategy and results.
* Support business prospecting and daily commercial branch activities.
* Perform operational/administrative routines and business formalities.
* Carry out cash handling and treasury activities when required.
* Act as the “guardian” of the cooperative member’s experience, suggesting improvements and flagging opportunities for the team.
* Promote cooperativism in service delivery and daily activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Job Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in a higher education program related to the role;
* Knowledge of financial products and services;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
**You stand out if you have:**
* CPA-10 (CPA) or higher certification
* Graphology course
