**IT SUPPORT MANAGER** Location: Cidade Universitária neighborhood, Maceió \- AL, ZIP Code 57072\-900 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM. **What we seek:** Technical education and professional experience suitable for delivering technical services to ICT users. Minimum of 3 years’ proven professional experience in the field. Experience in IT Networks and Security. **Responsibilities:** Supervision of Service Desk teams, ICT infrastructure, and information security teams, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Operational coordination of technical teams, activity planning, and support for strategic and tactical decision-making. Server administration, operating systems, databases, and Windows/Linux environments, including updates and patch application. Network management, switches, routers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, email, and directory services. Backup administration, restore operations, contingency planning, SAN, storage systems, and virtualized environments. Monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, services, applications, and information security. Implementation of security policies, access control, vulnerability identification, and incident handling. Development and maintenance of technical documentation, data models, queries, ETL processes, scripts, and routine automation. Change management, supplier oversight, indicator analysis, and service performance monitoring.
