Here, we believe that our business growth means the growth of Our People. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support activities within the Human and Organizational Development area * Contribute to the execution of administrative processes, internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives, training organization, and internal engagement programs, ensuring organization, efficient communication, and support for HR department demands **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fields * Complementary courses or certifications in internal marketing (endomarketing), social media, and human resources * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Drive, Docs, and Sheets) **Additional Information** * Internship stipend * Business hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\) * Transportation allowance * Emotional wellness program * Discounts on products from our portfolio * Discounts at partner universities * Corporate education * Professional development plan Since 1990, the JRCA Group has stood out through entrepreneurship and forward-looking vision.
