Receive, verify, pick, and deliver products and materials. Prepare reports and inventories; ensure that all products entering and leaving the warehouse are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with company procedures. * Verify items listed on supplier invoices in the receiving area to identify possible discrepancies and/or damages, as well as order conformity. * Receive, verify, and pick goods designated for inter-unit transfers according to requests. * Serve customers in the shipping area by verifying and delivering all items on the invoice; for large-volume orders, perform verification jointly with the customer. * Monitor the picking and loading of products intended for inter-unit transfers within the Group and/or home deliveries, based on customer purchase orders and/or invoices. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. * Serve internal and external customers courteously and efficiently. * Support warehouse staff regarding proper organization, cleaning, and storage practices to minimize risks of accidents and damage. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce PPE usage among warehouse assistants to reduce accident risks and safeguard everyone’s physical integrity. * Follow company rules and procedures related to the entry and exit of goods.
