The professional will analyze, monitor, and manage formwork assembly, material, and service control processes on civil construction sites, aiming to optimize operations and reduce costs for the company.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Analysis of formwork assembly;
Technical monitoring of formwork delivery and return;
Generation of digitalized delivery notes.
Material takeoffs, inventory control via spreadsheets and systems.
Other administrative tasks within the department.
Monitoring progress of aluminum formwork installation activities;
Verification and documentation of completed and approved services;
Recording measurements for monitored services;
Training execution teams; Supporting future activity planning; Supporting material takeoffs and providing feedback on quantities used to the procurement team; Seeking new solutions that optimize and industrialize execution; Always pursuing cost-saving solutions for the company.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Technical qualification in Building Construction/Equipment;
Prior experience with installations on civil construction sites is a plus;
Basic Office Suite knowledge — Excel proficiency required;
Basic AutoCAD knowledge;
Familiarity with BIM methodology;
Analytical ability and proactivity;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
