Job Summary: This Resident Technical Assistant manages inventory, plans maintenance activities, performs technical repairs on systems and equipment, and trains users, ensuring operational compliance and safety. Technical support and user training A technology company is hiring a Resident Technical Assistant, whose responsibilities include: \-Requesting issuance of inbound and outbound material invoices; \-Verifying fiscal document compliance with received and dispatched materials; \-Managing fixed asset and consumable inventory, conducting periodic stocktakes; \-Monitoring inventory levels and requesting replenishment as needed; \-Organizing and controlling maintenance scheduling and field activities; \-Ensuring activities are completed within stipulated deadlines; \-Performing preventive maintenance on the radio system and other equipment; \-Documenting all maintenance activities performed; \-Supporting and technically accompanying field activities carried out by the team; \-Ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures; \-Conducting diagnostics and repairs on equipment and systems as required; \-Recording and reporting recurring issues for analysis and definitive resolution; \-Providing end-user training on radio system usability and other operational systems; \-Performing services according to work orders.
