Workload: 36 hours per week * Conduct epidemiological surveillance, monitor infection rates, and identify trends within the institution; * Implement the multimodal hand hygiene strategy rigorously; * Provide regular training to healthcare staff on infection control practices, including handwashing techniques, use of PPE (personal protective equipment), and proper handling of materials; * Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, including cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, equipment, and patient areas; * Maintain accurate records of all data related to hospital infections, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to performance analyses of the infection control unit; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to mitigate risks and improve prevention practices; * Support the initial assessment of patients suspected of infection, assist in tracking culture sample results, and ensure isolation measures are properly followed; * Actively participate in infection control committees, working groups, and clinical meetings to assist in policy reviews and enhance patient safety. 2511090202181773736
