If you enjoy working with people, seek a stimulating work environment, continuous learning, and challenging projects, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling procurement processes for materials, services, and contracts related to facilities maintenance, clinical engineering, asset security, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and technical, legal, and contractual compliance. Engages in supplier negotiations, proposal analysis, technical and commercial equalization, contract monitoring, and support to requesting departments, guaranteeing delivery timelines, appropriate costs, and adherence to institutional and regulatory standards—all guided by integrity, ethics, and commitment to hospital service principles. * Lead procurement processes for materials, services, and contracts across maintenance, clinical engineering, asset security, and transportation; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and technical and commercial equalizations, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratios; * Issue and monitor purchase orders, contracts, and amendments, controlling deadlines, values, and agreed terms; * Monitor contract validity, price adjustments, SLAs, and service-level performance under responsibility; * Track supplier performance, supporting qualification, evaluation, and de-credentialing processes when necessary; * Ensure procurement processes comply with internal regulations, institutional policies, legal requirements, and compliance principles; * Maintain updated records, controls, and reports, ensuring traceability and transparency in procurement activities; * Collaborate integrally with requesting departments, fostering technical alignment, clear communication, and conflict resolution, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational needs, among other duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Completed or ongoing Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Clinical, Production, or related fields), Logistics, Hospital Management, or related disciplines; * Familiarity with legislation applicable to procurement and contracting, preferably within the hospital context or large institutions (compliance, ethics, and best practices). **Desirable:** * Training courses in procurement, supply chain, or contract management, focusing on acquisition processes, negotiation, and proposal analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Experience in the healthcare sector. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Market-competitive salary.
