Provides support during audits and tax inspections, participates in meetings to supply data and reports, and resolves fiscal issues, ensuring the regularity and integrity of departmental processes. * Responsible for executing daily fiscal routines, including billing, release of goods, and process updates. * Controls compliance with state and federal tax obligations, updates tax forms, issues fiscal manifests and other taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Produces detailed reports on fiscal processes, indicators, and departmental performance, providing relevant data to management to support decision-making. * Supports fiscal analysts and assistants by resolving questions, guiding procedures, and promoting autonomy so they can perform their duties efficiently. * Provides required information, documentation, and support during tax inspections and audits, ensuring the company's compliance with competent authorities. * Contributes data and analyses in meetings, keeping management informed about indicators, processes, and potential fiscal issues. * Conducts reactive analyses of outstanding or pending fiscal issues, proposing appropriate solutions and ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations. * Performs other related activities inherent to the role.
