Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to ensure continuous service improvement and compliance with manufacturer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze process control reports and propose improvements; * Monitor adherence to internal standards and procedures; * Track manufacturer quality indicators (VOC); * Authorize product and service releases according to quality standards; * Implement corrective actions for market complaints; * Attend customers at the technical reception and assess their satisfaction level; * Resolve customer dissatisfaction cases in coordination with the manufacturer; * Monitor and manage the employee training schedule; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by leadership **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in administrative routines or quality audits is desirable; * Willingness to travel for work.
