




Operate heavy machinery, small and medium-sized, in forestry activities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Carry out forest harvesting using forestry machinery. * Operate the Feller Buncher, Skidder, and Tracked Grapple safely and efficiently. * Operate the Feller Buncher, Skidder, and Tracked Grapple on farms according to cutting and skidding plans. If necessary, operate related machinery within the industrial area. * Constantly check the equipment's fuel level and send it for diesel refueling to avoid equipment downtime. * Assist maintenance team members in moving heavy parts and equipment when necessary. * Perform cleaning and lubrication of equipment when needed. * Daily assess the operational conditions of forestry machinery before starting work through checklists, and request maintenance if anomalies are identified. * Perform basic maintenance on forestry machinery to ensure proper operation. * Clean and maintain machinery in good working condition, facilitating anomaly detection and extending equipment lifespan. * Respect and follow all workplace safety rules, guidelines, instructions, and/or procedures, and properly use PPE provided by the company. * Comply with policies, rules, codes of conduct, and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures in their area of work), and participate in internal and/or external training requested by the company. * Perform related and inherent tasks associated with the position. * Seek continuous improvement in the processes they work on. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed High School or Technical Education - Agricultural / Forestry / Agribusiness ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are from Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
