If you wish to join an innovative and committed team, this is your opportunity! **Apply now and build the future with us!** **Job Description:** Responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating surface and cylindrical grinding machines, as well as other machining equipment, to machine and adjust ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts, resins, and plastics. Performs tool adjustment, executes tests, and monitors tooling to ensure part precision and quality. May operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, as permitted by training and authorization. Records and documents production information, statistical process control data, part references, tool layouts, and machine maintenance incidents. Works in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in industrial mechanics; * Proven experience in cylindrical and surface grinding; * Solid knowledge of metrology and technical drawing interpretation. **Responsibilities:** * Set up, adjust, and operate surface and cylindrical grinding machines for part production and adjustment; * Adjust and calibrate cutting, abrasive, and other machining tools; * Conduct functional tests and tool inspections; * Adjust parts according to technical specifications; * Document production activities, including control sheets; * Record machine maintenance incidents; * Operate forklifts and other part-handling equipment only with proper training and authorization; * Comply with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental protection standards; * Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize processes.
