We believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches our solutions. **Perform occupational safety-related activities, proactively working to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational accidents/diseases while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform occupational safety-related activities, proactively working to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational accidents/diseases while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation; * Lead CIPA and fire brigade management, aiming to implement corrective and preventive measures for occupational accidents; * Demonstrate, through documentation, the company’s engagement in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce occupational accident rates; * Provide assistance in cases of occupational accidents and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence; * Develop occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising and dissemination of safety standards, to foster a preventive mindset among employees regarding occupational safety; * Manage occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., NRs, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.); * Conduct studies and prepare preliminary risk analyses (APRs); * Record traffic accidents involving company fleet vehicles; * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas; * Periodically perform checklists for machines, equipment, and tools to ensure safe operating conditions; * Participate in client-established safety committees, where applicable; * Conduct periodic safety inspections of company fleet and employee transportation vehicles to ensure necessary safety conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Relevant work experience; * Civil Firefighter certification; * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Proficiency in methodologies for authorizing high-risk activities; * Additional training in Working at Heights and Confined Spaces. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Further details provided during the hiring process; * CLT employment regime. ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
