Plan, supervise, and guide machining processes related to maintenance and component recovery; train and develop technical teams; perform machining operations; prepare and adjust cutting tools; conduct tests; document technical information; and comply with safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards. May operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other equipment for handling and moving parts, as authorized and trained. **Requirements:** * Industrial Mechanical Technician degree; * Preferred: completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Proven experience in tooling, machining, and/or industrial maintenance; * Experience in team coordination or leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate machining activities applied to preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of industrial machines and equipment. * Plan and oversee recovery, manufacturing, and adjustment processes for components on conventional machine tools and CNC machines, such as machining centers, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and grinders. * Prioritize and organize customer maintenance requests, ensuring technical support, service deadlines, and quality. * Guide, train, and develop technical teams regarding machining methods, maintenance, quality, and safety. * Monitor functional testing and validation of machined components used in maintenance. * Ensure proper preparation, adjustment, and maintenance of machining tools and fixtures used in maintenance. * Monitor performance indicators, efficiency, quality, and rework rates of maintenance services. * Ensure compliance with technical procedures, occupational safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Document technical information, work orders, maintenance records, and implemented improvements. * Operate machining machines and material-handling equipment—including forklifts, pallet trucks, and hydraulic hoists—as required, subject to training and authorization.
