**Activities:** * Accompany and assist in all construction site tasks, including plumbing, civil works, electrical, mechanical, etc.; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the construction site; * Assist in transporting materials and loading/unloading trucks; * Organize the construction site, assisting in cleaning whenever necessary and as directed by supervisors; * Perform duties in accordance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as occupational safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection requirements; * Demolish and remove materials in general; * Assist in organizing the construction site warehouse when required; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience as a construction helper or in civil construction is an advantage; * Availability to perform manual and routine tasks at construction sites; * Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials; * Commitment to occupational safety regulations; * Good physical condition, responsibility, and ability to work in a team; * Flexible availability for working hours.
