We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst specializing in SRE to join our technology team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems, working on automation, monitoring, and incident resolution. We are seeking a person for the SRE position who wants to grow and learn, share knowledge, collaborate, and innovate—delivering value to all our customers. In this role, you will: * Monitor and ensure the availability and performance of systems and services. * Develop and implement automations to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency. * Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability. * Manage critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and propose improvements. * Participate in defining and evolving security and compliance policies. * Proven experience as an SRE, Senior IT Analyst, or similar role. * Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of Kotlin and/or Golang. * Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.). * Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS and Azure). * Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments. * Intermediate/advanced English.
