




The Santíssimo Senhor School is seeking a Marketing and Events Analyst to join our team. If you want to make a difference in the education sector by developing impactful strategies and promoting unforgettable events, join our team! Key responsibilities: * Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns. * Create content and monitor engagement; * Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms; * Produce digital materials for social media. * Establish partnerships with local businesses to enhance visibility and create collaboration opportunities; * Ensure all communications align with the school’s tone and visual identity. * Execute the school’s annual event calendar; * Design events that encourage participation from students, parents, and staff, strengthening their connection with the school; * Plan all aspects—from venue selection to final details such as decoration, sound, lighting, and security; * Promote events through invitations, internal and external campaigns, social media, and other communication channels; * Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything proceeds according to plan; * Collect feedback, analyze results, and suggest improvements for future events. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; * Experience in the education sector is a plus. * Proven experience in marketing and event organization; * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.); * Knowledge of digital marketing tools and metric analysis (Google Analytics, RD Station, etc.); * Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork skills. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability to work at occasional events outside regular hours when necessary.
