




The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the customer service team, ensuring service quality and compliance with the company's operational standards. This role directly involves customer service, team support, and store organization, guaranteeing the smooth operation of daily routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support customer service staff during shifts; * Ensure compliance with customer service, hygiene, and personal appearance standards; * Serve customers by resolving inquiries, complaints, and specific situations; * Monitor cash register opening and closing procedures, sales tracking, and inventory control; * Train and onboard new employees; * Organize work schedules, breaks, and task assignments; * Assist management in performing administrative and operational tasks; * Promote a positive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Previous experience as a customer service representative, cashier, or similar role; * Leadership experience preferred; * Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Must reside near Patio Maceio Shopping; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and ability to motivate the team; * Organizational skills and results orientation; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Teamwork spirit and empathy towards customers and colleagues.
