Job Summary: Assist the Building Maintenance Technician in various activities, including installation, conservation, and repair of systems, as well as performing general maintenance and construction tasks. Possession of Brazilian Driver's License Category B, completed high school education, and relevant training courses. · Assist the Building Maintenance Technician in the following activities: o Install and maintain high- or low-pressure piping systems; o Mark locations for pipes, joints, and wall/floor openings using marking instruments to guide installation according to design specifications; o Excavate trenches in soil, guided by key reference points, using manual or mechanical tools; o Install sanitary fixtures, sewage conduits, plumbing fittings, and other system components; o Perform maintenance on installations by replacing or repairing components such as pipes, valves, fittings, appliances, insulating coatings, and others; o Unclog sewage lines and perform preventive maintenance on main sewage networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage systems using specialized techniques; o Prepare quantitative estimates of required parts for service execution to facilitate procurement; · Perform maintenance tasks in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry disciplines, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment; · Maintain glass surfaces and façades; clean premises and accessories; organize and prepare worksites; · Construct foundations and masonry structures; apply finishes and screeds; · Perform tasks in: o carpentry; o metalwork; o plastering; o waterproofing; · Carry out all activities related to building maintenance; · Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; · Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support. Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$1.971,15 per month Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work location: On-site
