We are seeking a talent for the role of Distribution Technician I. **Let’s together transform collaboration into results?** \#LI\-KF1 **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Support corporate planning of maintenance and automation activities by identifying technical requirements, analyzing failure histories, and consolidating regional schedules—contributing to the development of tactical timelines. * Systematically monitor the execution of maintenance and automation services by consolidating operational information and corporate records, aiming to track process performance. * Collect and consolidate technical performance data for automated equipment and maintenance assets from corporate databases and operational reports, supporting technical analyses and preliminary diagnostics. * Update technical registries for automation, protection, and remote-control equipment by verifying records and technical documentation, ensuring the reliability of system databases. * Assist in preliminary analysis of incidents and failures in automation and maintenance assets by compiling events, reports, and operational histories, supporting technical evaluations. * Support the preparation of corporate technical reports on maintenance and automation by organizing and standardizing data, indicators, and system records—contributing to decision-making. * Support the documentary validation of parameterization and configuration of automated equipment by cross-checking against technical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. * Monitor adherence to corporate preventive maintenance and automation plans by tracking schedules and system records—contributing to asset reliability and availability. * Provide technical-administrative support to regional areas and field teams by delivering standardized data, reports, and guidance—supporting efficient process execution. * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for maintenance and automation by managing and archiving evidence in corporate systems—ensuring traceability and asset history. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Technical **Required Education:** Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. **Courses and Specializations:** Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Exact Sciences is desirable. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in technical analysis of performance and reliability of maintenance and automation assets in the electricity distribution system. * Experience in planning, scheduling, and tactical control of corporate maintenance and automation activities. * Experience validating parameterizations, technical registries, and system databases for distribution equipment and assets. * Experience preparing, consolidating, and analyzing corporate technical reports and operational performance indicators. * Knowledge of automation, protection, and supervision systems applied to the electricity distribution system. * Knowledge of failure analysis, operational events, and technical performance indicators for assets. * Knowledge of internal technical standards, ABNT, and PRODIST standards applicable to distribution maintenance and automation. * Knowledge of corporate systems, technical data management, and tools for operational information analysis. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
